Work Environment

While most appointments may occur during regular weekday hours, occasional evenings or weekends may be required to meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to understand each client’s mental health needs and challenges, ensuring that no detail is overlooked.
• Develop and implement personalized, evidence-based treatment plans that align with each client’s goals, adjusting approaches as necessary based on progress and feedback.
• Facilitate one-on-one, couple, and group counseling sessions utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques to promote engagement and healing.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to orchestrate comprehensive care, ensuring each client receives the most cohesive and effective support possible.
• Maintain confidentiality and conduct thorough documentation of client interactions in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Participate in regular clinical supervision and case conferences to refine skills and share insights, along with engaging in continued professional development.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 50,000 – 80,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
