Together & Strong Counseling is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our dynamic team. This position offers the opportunity for remote work in a telehealth setting, allowing you to provide essential mental health services to a diverse clientele from the comfort of your own home. The Licensed Professional Counselor will earn a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, reflecting our commitment to recognizing the expertise and hard work of our team members.

Work Environment

This role operates entirely within a remote telehealth setting, providing flexibility while ensuring that our clients receive continuity of care. Telehealth technology allows counselors to interact with clients through secure video sessions, making mental health support accessible to those who may be unable or unwilling to attend in-person visits. Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of clients by establishing rapport and fostering positive relationships while maintaining professional ethics and boundaries.
• Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess progress, stability, and ensure that upcoming appointments meet their needs, facilitating smooth discharge when appropriate.
• Formulate, implement, and regularly evaluate person-centered treatment plans tailored to the individual needs of each client.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans for each client to ensure continuity and quality of care.
• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to identify client needs and determine suitable treatment modalities.
• Engage in individual therapeutic sessions on a weekly basis, providing support and strategies tailored to each client's unique challenges.
• Participate in scheduled supervision sessions to discuss case management and seek guidance on clinical practices.
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare providers, including psychiatrists and primary care physicians, to coordinate comprehensive care plans for clients.
• Embrace a growth mindset by pursuing ongoing professional development and being open to feedback.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The LPC will serve a diverse client base, including children, adolescents, and adults facing various mental health challenges. Our practice provides an array of therapeutic services aimed at addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• A valid and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license.
• Minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting, demonstrating effective counseling skills.
• Proficiency in computer skills, including the use of spreadsheet applications, electronic health record systems, and virtual communication platforms.
• Experience in providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.
• Strong capability and comfort in performing intake assessments, ensuring a thorough understanding of client needs from the outset.

Preferred Experience

• Familiarity with the tools used at Together & Strong Counseling, such as PIMSY and various RMS systems.
• Background working with underserved populations, including experience with LGBTQIA+ communities or individuals facing socioeconomic challenges.
