Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health needs and challenges.

• Create individualized treatment plans that address clients’ specific goals, incorporating therapeutic strategies and objectives.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing a range of therapeutic modalities tailored to each client's needs.

• Regularly monitor and document client progress in compliance with electronic health records (EHRs), ensuring that all documentation is accurate and timely.

• Collaborate with a diverse team of health professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, to provide coordinated care.

• Stay current with best practices and emerging trends in mental health treatment, participating in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients encompass a broad spectrum, including adolescents, adults, families, and couples facing various mental health challenges. Each therapist is encouraged to build rapport and trust with clients while customizing interventions that fit their backgrounds and cultural contexts. As a contributor to our community health clinic, you will play a pivotal role in improving access to mental health resources for vulnerable populations.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field.

• Active professional licensure in the state of Tennessee as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD.

• At least two years of direct clinical experience providing mental health counseling to diverse populations.
\n
• Strong proficiency with computer applications, particularly Google Suite and electronic health record systems.
\n
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective interactions with clients and colleagues.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working in a community health clinic setting or similar environment is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with trauma-informed care principles and evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

Compensation and Benefits\n
