Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments for children and adolescents, identifying their unique challenges and needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on children and adolescents struggling with a variety of mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, ADHD, and behavioral disorders. You will be instrumental in developing therapeutic relationships that foster trust and allow young patients to express themselves in a safe space.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Illinois.

• Robust understanding of child and adolescent mental health disorders and therapeutic modalities.
\n
• Experience delivering effective individual and family therapy to children and adolescents, demonstrating a proven track record of positive outcomes.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a highlighted ability to engage and connect with young individuals and their families.

• Competence in utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems and related software applications efficiently.

• Strong collaborative skills, evidenced by a history of working effectively in multidisciplinary teams.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
