Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychological assessments to determine the mental health needs of children and adolescents.

• Coordinate closely with child psychiatrists and other healthcare providers to deliver integrated and comprehensive care.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation aligned with legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily focuses on providing mental health therapy to children and adolescents dealing with a variety of challenges, including anxiety disorders, depressive symptoms, ADHD, and behavioral issues. Therapists will work collaboratively with caregivers and family members to promote healthy psychological and emotional development in young patients. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Valid clinical license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Illinois.

• Comprehensive knowledge of child and adolescent mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and therapeutic techniques.

Compensation and Benefits\n
