Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of children to determine their developmental needs and establish appropriate intervention strategies.

• Engage in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP) tailored to each child's unique requirements and family goals.

• Monitor progress and outcomes, actively participating as a valued member of a multidisciplinary team to ensure coherent service delivery.

• Provide relevant resources and support to families, empowering them with the skills and knowledge to foster their child's growth.

• Implement evidence-based practices and adhere to the highest standards of care to meet all Federal and State regulations.

• Use coaching techniques and natural environment teaching to facilitate engaging learning experiences for children.

• Maintain compliance with all health and safety standards, ensuring a safe virtual environment for clients and team members.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on infants and toddlers who are experiencing developmental challenges. The role requires a passion for early childhood development and a commitment to employing effective intervention strategies to nurture their growth in areas including physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills.

Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) by the Department of Public Health.

• Possession of a valid driver's license to fulfill any outreach or assessment needs.

• Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple cases efficiently.

Compensation and Benefits\n
