Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and create individualized treatment plans, collaborating on pre-crisis and crisis interventions, positive behavior support strategies, and medication management protocols.

• Complete all required documentation in a timely manner, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and best practices.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools in conjunction with a multidisciplinary clinical team to deliver optimal care.

• Actively participate in the licensing and accreditation processes, maintaining comprehensive records for inspections and quality assurance.

• Serve as a liaison between clients and relevant service systems, including state agencies and community organizations, to facilitate seamless access to needed services.

• Engage with local, state, and federal agencies to foster partnerships that enhance program visibility and funding opportunities.

• Promote the organization’s mission and values by creating open channels of communication with clients and stakeholders.

• Participate in ongoing professional development activities such as conferences, training sessions, and community initiatives to enhance personal and professional knowledge.

• Complete other duties as assigned by the Clinic Director, contributing to the overall success of the therapeutic services offered.
