Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to identify underlying issues and formulate effective treatment plans tailored to individual needs.

• Deliver individual therapy sessions utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based approaches.

• Establish clear therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients and regularly monitor and assess progress to ensure effective treatment outcomes.

• Provide teletherapy services to clients, ensuring accessibility for those who may have difficulty engaging in face-to-face sessions.

• Maintain up-to-date and accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment plans in accordance with ethical and legal standards.

• Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities to enhance clinical skills and stay current with industry best practices.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer competitive compensation ranging from $90,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload size.
