Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments for individuals, adolescents, families, and groups, ensuring that each assessment is tailored to meet the client's specific context and needs.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive evaluations, integrating Graduate-level clinical social work or counseling interventions.

• Facilitate effective communication with interdisciplinary team members through documentation and meetings, including patient rounds, to coordinate care effectively and improve patient outcomes.

• Provide additional case management support by consulting and collaborating with other healthcare and community professionals to enhance holistic care for your assigned patients.
\n
• Demonstrate competency in addressing the diverse physical, psychological, educational, and safety needs of patients across all age groups.
\n
• Utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based modalities to assist clients in adhering to their individualized service plans.

• Ensure that all documentation is completed ethically and in a timely manner, maintaining compliance with departmental standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Mental Health Therapist at Gracious Growth Counseling Center, you will work with a diverse array of clients facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and family dynamics. Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas is mandatory.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience is required, demonstrating your readiness to handle a wide range of clinical situations.

• Candidates should be open to working between 10 to 40 hours weekly, depending on client demand and personal availability.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, contingent upon your experience and credentials.
