Work Environment\n

Your role as an LCSW will take place in a hybrid setting, which includes working remotely from the comfort of your home as well as providing in-person services at our dedicated detox center. This dual approach fosters a collaborative atmosphere, where you can readily access resources and support from our multidisciplinary team while delivering personalized care to clients. You will also be equipped with the latest telehealth technologies to facilitate seamless communication and support with your clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individualized counseling sessions through video conferencing and face-to-face appointments with clients at our detox center, addressing their mental health needs with empathy and expertise.

• Perform thorough assessments to identify clients' psychological and social needs, formulating targeted treatment plans that address their specific goals.

• Implement evidence-based interventions and therapies tailored to each client's unique situation, monitoring their progress and adjusting plans as necessary.

• Act as a client advocate, guiding individuals towards their personal aspirations while fostering empowerment through goal-setting and resource navigation.

• Collaborate closely with other health professionals—including psychiatrists, nurses, and addiction specialists—to ensure comprehensive care that encompasses the physical, emotional, and social well-being of clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with clients at our detox center, a pivotal point of entry for individuals struggling with substance use and related mental health issues. You will have the chance to support a diverse demographic, ranging from adolescents to adults, each facing unique challenges. By providing compassionate care and effective interventions, you will help clients navigate their recovery journeys, enhancing their resilience and coping mechanisms.

Qualifications\n

• A valid Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Must hold a current and active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) designation in the state of Oregon, free from any disciplinary actions.

• Proven experience in clinical social work, including a solid foundation in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning methodologies.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to establish rapport with clients from varied backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n
