Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical assessment and therapy services to individuals experiencing mental health challenges, including therapy sessions (individual, group, and family) via secure telehealth platforms.
• Develop and implement comprehensive, integrated care plans that align with individual client needs, ensuring timely access to linked services and holistic support.
• Conduct evidence-based screenings and assessments to identify mental health needs, reporting findings to the appropriate stakeholders in a confidential manner.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care, including communicating with medical professionals, family members, and other providers involved in the client's treatment.
• Participate in crisis intervention efforts, assessing urgent situations, and providing appropriate responses to ensure client safety and security.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes to facilitate smooth data reporting and compliance with organizational standards.
• Actively contribute to team goals and participate in organizational committees aimed at enhancing service delivery and improving community health outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
