Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In your role, you will work primarily with stable, low-acuity adults who present with a variety of mental health needs, including anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Possession of a current, unrestricted license to practice independently as one of the following:

• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

• Avoidance of provisional or limited licenses; no previous disciplinary actions against the license.

• Strong interpersonal skills along with a genuine empathetic nature to foster effective therapist-client relationships.

• Proficient computer literacy and comfort with using telehealth technology and electronic health record systems.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of relevant experience is required, candidates with additional experience in diverse therapy settings, crisis intervention, or specialized therapy practices will be prioritized. Compensation and Benefits\n

Inner Insight Therapy Inc. offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to USD 104,000, based on working hours and experience. In addition, we provide a robust benefits package that includes a sign-on bonus and a monthly healthcare stipend for full-time therapists.
