Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT at Replicate Counseling Center, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Delivering high-quality individual, group, and family therapy sessions using telehealth technology to create a safe and welcoming environment for clients.

• Conducting thorough assessments and providing counseling services to families and children who demonstrate medical necessity for mental health support.

• Developing and facilitating psycho-educational groups, parenting workshops, and other therapeutic classes tailored to our clients' needs.

• Maintaining accurate and timely client documentation, including case materials, statistical data, and progress notes as required by policy and licensing standards.

• Meeting contractual obligations through appropriate billing practices for a determined number of reimbursable hours each week.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clinic serves a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, and families facing various challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and family conflict. By providing telehealth services, you will reach clients who may not have had access to mental health resources otherwise, positively influencing their quality of life and mental well-being.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field recognized by the state.

• Current licensure as an LMFT in Washington State.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience providing counseling services in a clinical setting.

• A self-motivated attitude with the initiative to complete billing and documentation duties promptly.

Preferred Experience\n
