Work Environment\n

This position operates in a remote setting, offering flexibility while allowing you to connect with clients and their families on a personal level. As part of our team at the detox center, you will be engaging with a diverse population of seniors who require tailored interventions and solutions. Your work hours will primarily be Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with the potential for occasional evening or weekend hours as client needs dictate. Flexibility in scheduling is essential to accommodate client visits and ongoing care, as well as on-call responsibilities for urgent situations.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of seniors' psychosocial needs, employing both quantitative and qualitative methods to grasp emotional, mental, and social factors affecting their well-being.

• Collaborate with clients and their families to formulate customized care plans aimed at meeting specific goals and addressing individual preferences.

• Provide counseling and emotional support to clients navigating life transitions, including those related to aging, health challenges, and family dynamics.

• Advocate for clients’ rights and access to essential community resources, ensuring they receive the necessary support systems.

• Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation regarding client assessments, care plans, progress notes, and interactions in compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from $60,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
