Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status and emotional well-being, utilizing standardized diagnostic tools.

• Craft and implement personalized treatment plans, embracing evidence-based therapeutic modalities that resonate with clients' needs and aspirations.

• Provide therapy in various forms, including individual sessions, group therapy, and family counseling, using practices derived from cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and other therapeutic frameworks.

• Effectively manage crisis situations by providing immediate support and intervention strategies for clients in distress.

• Maintain accurate, confidential, and secure client records in adherence to ethical and legal standards, following HIPAA regulations.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure that all dimensions of a client’s health—mental, emotional, and physical—are addressed holistically.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by participating in training sessions, workshops, and peer supervision, staying abreast of the latest research and developments in mental health treatment.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
