Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand each client's unique background, challenges, and strengths.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans tailored to the specific needs of clients, ensuring they are informed and engaged in their care process.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family counseling sessions using evidence-based therapeutic techniques that promote healing and growth.

• Maintain accurate documentation of client progress, actively engage in case management, and provide appropriate referrals to external resources when necessary.

• Regularly review client assessments, facilitate random drug tests if applicable, and adapt therapeutic approaches based on progress and setbacks.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including the clinical director and fellow counselors, to enhance service delivery and optimize client outcomes.

• Participate in team meetings and training opportunities to further develop clinical skills and stay updated on best practices in mental health care.

• Build and maintain professional relationships with clients, their families, and other stakeholders while adhering to ethical guidelines and confidentiality standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a closely related field.

• Must hold a valid and active license to practice in Washington State (LPC, LMFT, LICSW).

• No history of medical malpractice claims, verified by a third-party source.
\n
• Proficient in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
\n
• Possess strong interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain professionalism with clients, families, and colleagues.

• Capable of working effectively in a fast-paced, remote environment while managing multiple priorities.

• Good physical and mental health, ensuring optimal performance in a counseling role.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in group therapy and family counseling.

• Background working with addiction recovery and crisis intervention.
\n
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to chart client progress and manage documentation.

Compensation and Benefits\n
