Work Environment

This role is fully remote, allowing for flexibility while maintaining a strong sense of connection with colleagues through regular virtual meetings and team-building activities. You will be equipped with the necessary technology and tools, including Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems, to deliver high-quality care from the comfort of your home. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health status through interviews, surveys, and diagnostic tools to understand their individual needs and concerns.
• Develop customized treatment plans that are evidence-based, focusing on therapeutic techniques suitable for a variety of mental health disorders, including anxiety, depression, and substance abuse.
• Engage in regular counseling sessions with clients, equipped with evidence-based strategies and interventions that empower them to develop coping skills and achieve therapeutic goals.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of client progress within our EHR systems, adhering to legal and ethical guidelines.
• Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and specialized therapists, to ensure a holistic approach to care when necessary.
• Participate in continuous professional development, attending training sessions and workshops to enhance your skills and knowledge in the field of mental health counseling.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily work with adults facing a wide range of mental health challenges, including mood disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma-related issues, and more. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds, bringing unique experiences and perspectives that require a culturally competent and empathetic approach. You will have the opportunity to utilize and adapt various therapeutic modalities to meet the needs of individuals, ensuring a strong therapeutic alliance.

Qualifications

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid licensure in Texas as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.
• Minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience in mental health counseling or therapy.
• Deep understanding of mental health disorders and familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds effectively.
• Strong crisis intervention and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to remain calm and provide support in challenging situations.
• Proficient in using EHR systems and other relevant technology for documentation and communication.
• Commitment to ethical practices, maintaining confidentiality, and professional boundaries.

Preferred Experience

• Experience delivering both individual and group therapy sessions using culturally responsive methods.
• Ability to contribute to a multidisciplinary team, sharing insights and collaborating to enhance client care.
• Previous work in community health settings or with underserved populations is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually , commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
