Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth assessments and provide counseling services to individuals, couples, families, and groups through telehealth platforms.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans, regularly evaluating and adjusting them based on client progress and feedback.
• Foster a safe and supportive environment where clients feel comfortable discussing their concerns and challenges.
• Help clients develop effective coping strategies and life skills tailored to their unique experiences and backgrounds.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, medical providers, and case managers, to ensure integrated and quality care.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, adhering to all relevant ethical and legal standards.
• Provide crisis intervention and support, assisting clients in crisis situations with compassion and urgency.
• Engage in continuous professional development and participate in team meetings to share insights and strategies.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Must possess an active license as a Professional Counselor in the state of Texas (LPC).
• Demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients from various backgrounds.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team setting.
• Experience working with diverse populations and a commitment to cultural competency and sensitivity in your practice.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in a community health or behavioral health clinic setting is preferred.
• Familiarity with therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or trauma-informed care.
• Proficiency in telehealth technologies and practices is an advantage, as this role is remote.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this full-time position is between USD 70,000 and 90,000 annually, depending on your experience and client caseload. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including:
