In this full-time, remote role, you will have the flexibility to work from home while serving clients in University Place, Washington, and the surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individualized therapy sessions, including family and group sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic practices tailored to address a variety of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for clients, incorporating their goals, preferences, and unique backgrounds to foster effective recovery pathways.
\n
• Provide timely crisis intervention services, ensuring client safety and emotional stabilization during acute distress situations.
\n
• Maintain accurate, confidential records in compliance with HIPAA regulations to ensure the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.

• Engage collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coherent and comprehensive care across all aspects of a client's treatment journey.
\n
• Stay informed about advancements in the field through ongoing professional education and training opportunities to ensure best practices are utilized in your counseling approach.

Your clients will primarily include individuals and families seeking support for a range of mental health issues. Your role will involve building trust and rapport with clients to create a safe space for healing and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure in Washington State as an LMHC, LICSW, LMFT, or eligibility for licensure.
\n
• Proven experience in providing counseling services, demonstrating a strong understanding of therapeutic modalities suited to individual, family, and group therapy.
\n
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, facilitating rapport with a diverse clientele.
\n
• A commitment to cultural competence and an understanding of the unique challenges faced by various populations.
\n
• Strong written and verbal communication skills along with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience using telehealth platforms for therapy sessions, demonstrating adaptability to remote counseling settings.

• Familiarity with trauma-informed care models and evidence-based practices in mental health treatment.

• Experience working with diverse populations and understanding the socio-cultural dynamics impacting mental health.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
