Work Environment

This full-time position requires on-site presence at our outpatient office, where you will engage with a dynamic team dedicated to patient care excellence. Key Responsibilities

• Prescribing medications judiciously, with consideration of efficacy, safety, and cost as legally authorized.
• Developing tailored health intervention strategies aimed at encouraging behavioral modifications related to individual health risks.
• Educating patients on the self-management of both acute and chronic illnesses, ensuring that instructions are individualized according to medical histories and circumstances.
• Conducting thorough evaluations of patients’ medical or psychological conditions when appropriate, with a focus on holistic care.
• Utilizing the Electronic Health Record system to efficiently manage patient information, enhance care delivery, and maintain compliance with organizational policies.
• Determining appropriate medication dosages, routes, and frequencies in alignment with each patient’s unique characteristics.

Qualifications

• Completion of a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, with a Master of Science in Nursing, Doctor of Nursing Practice, or NP Certificate Program preferred.
• Possession of national certification from either AANP or ANCC.
• An active, unrestricted nursing license in the state of New York.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in an outpatient setting, providing primary healthcare services is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $150,000 to $160,000 annually, contingent upon your caseload and experience.
