Work Environment

This position is based onsite at our state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility in Newark, New Jersey. The working hours typically span 40 hours per week, with variable weekend shifts as required. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive examinations to evaluate patient conditions and develop targeted treatment plans based on their unique needs.
• Provide ongoing consultations to other healthcare providers to ensure a coordinated approach to patient care throughout their treatment journey.
• Maintain appropriate interaction with all patients, respecting age and cultural diversity while adhering to high customer service standards.
• Implement treatment plans effectively and manage patient education to ensure understanding and compliance.
• Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment strategies accordingly, and document evaluations and outcomes in accordance with healthcare regulations.
• Engage in community outreach and marketing initiatives, demonstrating leadership while supporting departmental goals, including cost containment and program development.
• Actively participate in staff meetings and professional development to enhance clinical skills and knowledge in physical therapy.
• Supervise and mentor support staff, ensuring they are equipped to assist in patient care and department operations.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time role offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
