Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including obtaining thorough medical histories, performing physical exams, and evaluating diagnostic results to formulate effective treatment plans.
• Collaborate with attending physicians to perform approved procedures and minor surgical interventions, ensuring safety and adherence to established medical protocols.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment strategies, adjusting plans based on patient feedback and outcomes, while keeping detailed and accurate medical records.
• Educate patients about their medical conditions, treatment options, and lifestyle changes, empowering them to take an active role in their health management.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care strategies and enhance the continuity of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population ranging from adults with chronic pain conditions to post-operative patients requiring pain management. Our clinic aims to address a wide variety of pain-related issues, including back pain, joint pain, and neuropathic pain. Qualifications

• Successful completion of an accredited Physician Assistant program.
• Active certification from the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
• Valid state license to practice as a Physician Assistant in New York.
• Demonstrated clinical proficiency with a minimum of two years of experience in pain management or a related specialty.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to register and respond to patient needs.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 150,000 to USD 180,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
