Work Environment\n

This full-time position operates primarily in a remote outpatient office setting, allowing for flexible work arrangements while delivering necessary mental health services. Our practice hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening and weekend hours on a rotational basis to accommodate patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ experiences with mood disorders, determining the severity, frequency, and duration of symptoms.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring that interventions align with their individual goals and preferences.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to effectively address mood disorder symptoms.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current, valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in California is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
