This full-time remote position operates primarily out of our Detox Center, serving a diverse array of clients in need of support for mood-related challenges such as depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety. Work Environment\n

This role offers the flexibility of a remote work environment, allowing you to support clients from the comfort of your own space. Our remote model is designed to facilitate work-life balance while ensuring that our staff remains connected and engaged. Weekly team meetings and case consultations are conducted virtually to promote communication and ongoing professional development. The typical work hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening and weekend shifts on a rotational basis.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the severity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms among clients, utilizing standardized tools and methodologies.

• Collaborate with clients to design personalized treatment plans that align with their unique needs and goals, ensuring a client-centered approach.

• Deliver effective evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to support mood disorder recovery.

• Educate clients and their families on mood disorders, available treatment options, and self-care strategies that can enhance their overall mental health.

• Monitor and track clients' progress throughout the treatment process, making data-driven adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.

• Work closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to achieve integrated, comprehensive care for each client.

• Stay informed on the latest research and treatment modalities for mood disorders to continuously enhance therapeutic effectiveness.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, assessments, and treatment plans in adherence to legal and ethical guidelines.

• Participate actively in case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing professional development activities to strengthen clinical skills and best practices.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California is required.

• Two years of post-licensure experience specializing in mood disorders is preferred, providing you with a strong foundation to succeed in this role.

• Expertise in evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is essential.

• A solid understanding of psychopharmacology and the capability to collaborate with psychiatrists to enhance client treatment plans.

• A proven history of delivering successful treatment outcomes for clients with mood disorders.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to establish rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 – 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
