Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Therapist at Total Recovery Mind Wellness Clinic, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive, trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate individual histories and identify strengths and areas for growth.

• Designing and implementing individualized treatment plans that align with evidence-based practices tailored to the unique needs of each patient.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) to guide treatment.

• Leading individual and group therapy sessions focused on processing trauma, developing coping strategies, and fostering a sense of community among participants.

• Collaborating with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care pathways for patients, enhancing the overall coordination of mental health services.

• Providing crisis intervention and immediate support during trauma-related emergencies, ensuring that patients feel safe and heard.

• Educating patients and their families about trauma responses and effective coping mechanisms, aiding in their understanding and empowerment.

• Maintaining meticulous and confidential documentation in accordance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

• Participating in regular case consultations, interdisciplinary team meetings, and continuing education sessions to stay abreast of advancements in trauma-informed care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with individuals who have experienced complex trauma, including survivors of abuse, neglect, and significant life transitions. Our clients often face challenges such as PTSD, dissociative disorders, and anxiety stemming from trauma. Your role will be critical in offering support and therapeutic interventions that lead to improved mental health and overall well-being.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate should possess:

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Clinical Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Arizona.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience working in mental health or a related field.
\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a robust salary, our benefits package includes:
