This role is fully remote, allowing you to create a dedicated workspace that supports your productivity and client interactions. Our HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform allows for secure and confidential video sessions, enabling you to connect with clients effectively and safely.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Focus on delivering high-quality therapeutic services while we manage business operations, allowing you to dedicate your efforts to client care.

• Utilize a cloud-based EHR system to maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.

• Conduct individual, family, and group counseling sessions tailored to the unique needs of each client, maintaining their safety and confidentiality throughout the process.

• Develop treatment programs designed to address and mitigate symptoms of mental health disorders, trauma, or dual diagnoses.

• Regularly assess client progress, modifying treatment plans as necessary based on their evolving needs and goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a member of our counseling team, you will work with a diverse patient population, addressing various mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Current and unrestricted licensure as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW in the State of Oregon.

• A minimum of two years of experience working in a mental health or clinical setting, demonstrating proficiency in therapeutic techniques and intervention strategies.

• Access to a reliable laptop or desktop computer, high-speed internet connection, and a web camera to facilitate telehealth sessions.

• Ability to work independently and consistently, managing your own schedule to effectively meet the needs of clients.

• Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check prior to employment.

• Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends to accommodate client schedules.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience utilizing telehealth platforms and EHR systems is highly desirable.

• Background in trauma-informed care or specialized training in specific therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
