Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, or chronic conditions in the clinic.
• Establish individualized treatment plans utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques such as therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to alleviate pain and promote mobility.
• Track patient progress meticulously through documentation and adjust treatment plans as needed to meet the therapeutic goals.
• Educate patients and their families on effective use of assistive devices, home exercises, and strategies for self-management.
• Engage in ongoing professional education to stay current with the latest advancements in physical therapy practices and techniques.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic serves a diverse patient demographic, including pediatric and geriatric populations, each with unique rehabilitation needs. Qualifications

• Must hold a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT).
• Possess a valid physical therapy license in the State of Virginia.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
