Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand client needs and develop personalized therapy plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, to deliver effective treatment.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation while adhering to ethical and legal standards, ensuring client privacy and compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance client care coordination and treatment planning.

• Engage in professional development by attending workshops, training sessions, and conferences to remain current with the latest mental health research and interventions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients encompass a wide range of demographics, including individuals, couples, and families facing various mental health challenges. Specifically, you will work with patients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues, among other concerns. We aim to provide accessible care to those who might not otherwise receive it, making it essential that our LPCs are sensitive to the diverse backgrounds and experiences of our clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Current, unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania.

• A minimum of two years of direct counseling experience in a clinical setting.

• Proficiency in using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software and related technologies.

• A strong understanding of legal and ethical standards in mental health practice.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.

• Experience working collaboratively within healthcare teams.

Preferred Experience\n

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance use counseling is highly desirable.

• Experience providing telehealth services is a plus.
