Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct personalized assessments and evaluations of clients, creating individualized therapy strategies tailored to their unique circumstances.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, groups, families, and couples, fostering productive and healing dialogues.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, to support diverse client needs.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals to ensure holistic and comprehensive care is provided to each client.

• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring compliance with best practices in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a wide-ranging clientele, including those from marginalized communities with limited access to mental health services. Your therapeutic focus will encompass various mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, and relationship issues, ensuring that you make a meaningful difference in your clients' lives.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Tennessee is mandatory.

• At least two years of counseling experience is required, preferably in a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
