Our outpatient office serves as a resource hub when needed, but the majority of client interactions will occur virtually. Therapists have full control over their schedules, with the freedom to select hours that fit their lifestyle, Monday through Friday. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to determine clients' mental health status, underlying issues, and treatment needs.

• Develop and implement customized treatment plans that align with clients' goals, using evidence-based practices.

• Provide individual psychotherapy to adult clients through teletherapy, employing various therapeutic modalities tailored to each client's unique situation.

• Utilize various digital health tools to facilitate appointment scheduling, progress tracking, and communication with clients.

• Offer prompt crisis intervention services to clients in distress, ensuring timely support and continuity of care.

• Participate in ongoing professional development activities, attending training sessions and workshops to stay current with mental health best practices and standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with adult clients facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our diverse client base provides enriching experiences, as you help them navigate their journeys towards improved mental health and well-being. The supportive and collaborative nature of the practice ensures that clients receive comprehensive care tailored to their unique needs.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Social Worker - R (LCSW-R), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Possession of a master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Demonstrated excellence in communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build rapport quickly with clients.
