Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and ongoing evaluations of client mental health to create individualized treatment plans.

• Implement effective behavior management techniques, monitoring clients' progress and adjusting strategies as necessary.

• Facilitate counseling and therapy sessions using a variety of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and narrative therapy.

• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to develop comprehensive care strategies, ensuring that all team members are informed and engaged in client care.

• Equip clients and their families with tools and resources for developmental success, including coping strategies and access to community resources.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation, adhering to regulatory and organizational standards and deadlines.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
