Senior Account Executive, Employee Engagement

Job Description Senior Account Executive, Corporate Affairs and Employee Engagement at Zeno. Responsibilities Collaborate across teams to drive results through internal employee communications and public relations tactics. Develop a comprehensive understanding of accounts—business, products, markets, and industry influencers—and convey this knowledge to the account team, media, and internal stakeholders. Use key messages to craft and develop newsworthy content. Develop and manage media relations programmes, maintaining editorial contacts with trade, business, and vertical press. Draft internal communications including executive messages, employee announcements, scripts, talking points, intranet content, newsletters, and leadership communications. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, completing them on time and on budget. Plan and implement press conferences, seminars, speakers’ bureau, and other special events. Apply or create tools, templates, and methodologies that contribute to client internal communications effectiveness. Draft communications tailored to specific audience segments based on client priorities. Research, interview, write, and edit news releases, media materials, fact sheets, message maps, and other supporting documents. Assist with new business opportunities. Build strong relationships with clients, their business partners, and vendor contacts; proactively manage correspondence. Coach junior employees and supervise or delegate tasks as necessary. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in PR, corporate communications, internal communications, or a related field; agency experience with corporate clients preferred. Collaborative spirit, results‑driven, able to manage multiple priorities and work against deadlines. Strategic, creative, and holistic thinker about client programmes. Fearless in presenting a point of view during brainstorming sessions. Excellent writing skills, with experience crafting media materials, strategic communications, and employee‑facing content. Highly organized. Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint. Proven success in building relationships with media and driving results for clients. Pay Range $65,000–$75,000 USD per year, with the position within the range determined by factors such as education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, travel requirements, revenue‑based metrics, contractual agreements, and business needs. The range is one component of DJEH’s total compensation package, which also includes annual bonuses and other benefits.
