This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a remote setting, utilizing our telehealth platform to engage with clients across different regions. We prioritize work-life balance; therefore, you will work standard business hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, ensuring you have time to recharge and rejuvenate outside of work.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the severity and duration of mood disorder symptoms in clients through telehealth sessions, ensuring an accurate understanding of their individual challenges.

• Collaborate with clients to develop personalized and innovative treatment plans focusing on their unique goals, preferences, and progress.

• Implement a variety of evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored specifically for mood disorders.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, empowering them with knowledge about treatment options and effective self-care strategies.

• Diligently track and monitor client progress throughout the treatment process, making necessary adjustments guided by feedback and outcomes to enhance effectiveness.

• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists and healthcare professionals to coordinate integrated and comprehensive care that addresses all aspects of a client’s needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure in the state as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT is essential to practice legally and effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n
