Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop personalized therapy plans that meet the individual needs of clients.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, families, and groups, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and security of client information.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including psychiatrists, social workers, and community advocates to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.

• Participate in ongoing professional development through workshops and continuing education opportunities to remain informed about the latest advancements in mental health research and treatment methodologies.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

• The annual salary range for this position is USD 70,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and caseload management.
