Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately gauge clients' mental health concerns and collaboratively develop comprehensive treatment plans.

• Provide individualized therapy sessions employing a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to meet each client's specific needs.

• Work closely with clients to establish achievable therapeutic goals and employ regular assessments to monitor their progress throughout treatment.

• Deliver teletherapy services to clients preferring virtual sessions or those who face accessibility challenges, ensuring they're supported in a manner that fits their lifestyle.

• Maintain meticulous documentation aligned with ethical and regulatory standards, ensuring clarity and precision in client records.

• Engage in continuous professional development through training, workshops, and seminars to stay current with emerging practices in mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health conditions. Our client-centered approach emphasizes understanding each individual’s unique background, challenges, and needs, allowing you to provide tailored, culturally competent care.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid professional license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; higher education such as a master’s degree or doctorate in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related discipline is preferred.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to establish a trusting therapeutic relationship with clients.

• Empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach towards clients' experiences, fostering a safe environment for healing.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage your caseload effectively while balancing administrative tasks.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of experience providing individual and group therapy in an outpatient setting.

• Experience using teletherapy platforms and tools, along with familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Specialized training in trauma-informed care or cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) is a plus.
