Key Responsibilities\n

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including techniques such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, providing patients with a structured environment to process their experiences, develop coping mechanisms, and foster healing.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists and allied health professionals to deliver comprehensive, integrated care tailored to each patient's unique needs.

• Administer crisis intervention strategies during emergency situations, ensuring clients receive immediate support when faced with trauma-related crises.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT within the state of Illinois.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience is preferred.

• Demonstrated knowledge of trauma-related disorders and proficiency in trauma-informed treatment methodologies.

• Experience delivering trauma-focused interventions and therapies to a variety of client needs.
