Key Responsibilities\n

• Implement evidence-based screening tools to assess patient progress and inform treatment modifications as necessary.

• Collaborate with your team in constructing and executing positive behavior support plans that enhance patient outcomes and overall well-being.

• Engage actively in the licensing and accreditation processes to uphold quality standards across the clinic.

• Serve as a primary liaison to community partners, state agencies, and other service systems to facilitate access to additional resources and support for patients.

• Foster open and effective communication lines within the clinic and in the broader community to promote programs aligned with our organizational mission.

• Networking and establishing partnerships with local, state, and federal agencies to further our programs and secure funding opportunities.

• Engage in personal and professional development opportunities, including attending workshops, conferences, and relevant task forces to advance your expertise.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support the ongoing success of the organization.
