Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to diagnose acute and chronic medical conditions promptly and accurately.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on the unique needs of each patient, ensuring continuity of care and support.
• Prescribe necessary medications and therapies, as well as order diagnostic tests to inform clinical decisions.
• Provide patient education on disease prevention, health maintenance, and lifestyle modifications to empower individuals to take charge of their health.

Qualifications

• Current certification as a Nurse Practitioner in accordance with New Jersey state regulations.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in primary care, demonstrating a thorough understanding of patient needs and healthcare delivery.

Preferred Experience
