Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our counselors work with a diverse range of patients, including adults facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. The majority of our clients are referred from community partners, such as schools, allowing for a supportive connection rooted in familiarity and accessibility. The role emphasizes building rapport with clients in a compassionate, understanding manner to encourage their engagement in therapy.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree from a regionally accredited institution in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field.

• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or equivalent, allowing for the delivery of unsupervised mental health services.

• A clean disciplinary record with no actions taken against you by any licensing board.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of direct experience providing clinical psychotherapy, particularly to adult populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to USD 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive pay, you will also benefit from a sign-on bonus upon the commencement of your work with us.
