This position will primarily be conducted via telehealth, allowing counselors to engage with clients in the comfort of their own homes while ensuring accessibility and flexibility for those who might face challenges attending in-person sessions. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify and understand clients' mental health needs, developing personalized treatment plans based on their unique circumstances.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), or mindfulness practices to facilitate effective individual therapy sessions.

• Collaborate with clients to set and monitor therapeutic goals, providing ongoing feedback and adjustments to treatment strategies as necessary.

• Offer teletherapy options, accommodating clients who prefer flexible scheduling or face barriers to accessing traditional in-person therapy.

• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and progress in adherence to ethical and regulatory standards.

• Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance clinical skills and remain informed about the latest in mental health care best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus primarily on adult clients experiencing a wide range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. You will play an integral role in building a therapeutic alliance, fostering trust, and providing a space where clients feel safe to explore their struggles and achieve their personal goals.

Qualifications\n

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trusting relationships with clients.

• Effective organizational skills to manage caseloads and comply with administrative requirements.

Preferred Experience\n
