Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to identify mental health concerns and develop personalized treatment plans that address their unique needs.

• Provide individual therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), ensuring tailored approaches for each client.

• Collaborate with clients in a supportive manner to establish clear therapeutic goals and consistently monitor their progress throughout the treatment journey.

• Offer teletherapy options, ensuring accessibility for clients who prefer virtual sessions, while also navigating scheduling and technology considerations effectively.

• Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of therapy sessions to meet ethical standards and regulatory requirements.

• Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities, such as webinars and workshops, to stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in mental health counseling.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily engage with clients from diverse backgrounds, each facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. The clients may range from children and adolescents to adults and families, allowing for meaningful and varied therapeutic interactions. Your role will contribute significantly to their emotional well-being and recovery journey.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster productive and trusting relationships with clients.
