Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual teletherapy sessions with patients, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques suited to their unique needs.

• Monitor and document patient progress in alignment with the established treatment goals, ensuring accurate and timely completion of progress notes by the end of each shift.

• Collaborate with members of the multidisciplinary team, participating in case consultations and treatment planning meetings to enhance patient care.

• Provide appropriate orientation to new patients and their families regarding telehealth processes and therapeutic approaches.

• Advocate for the needs of assigned patients, connecting them with additional resources or services as necessary to support their mental health journey.

• Utilize crisis management skills to address patient emergencies effectively, implementing secure training protocols when necessary.

• Maintain exemplary time management skills, prioritizing tasks efficiently to ensure optimal service delivery.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LPCC, LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD in the state of California.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting, specifically in providing therapeutic services via telehealth.

• Proficient knowledge of diagnosis and treatment planning utilizing the DSM-5 framework.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster rapport and trust with a wide range of clients.

• Ability to work independently while also thriving in a team-based environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n
