Responsibilities:

• Manage the full accounts payable cycle from receipt of invoices to payment, including coding invoices, matching purchase orders, obtaining approval, and entering the invoices into the accounting system
• Process employee expense reports, including verification of receipts and coding
• Prepares batch check runs, wire transfers, and ACH transactions
• Ensure all accounts payable policies and procedures are adhered to including travel and related expenses, vendor approval and invoice processing
• Manage vendor relations and build effective partnerships
• Assist in preparing and filing 1099's at year end
• Assist team with gathering support for all audits, including pulling documentation
• Investigates and resolves problems associated with processing of invoices and purchase orders
• Receives, researches, and resolves a variety of routine internal and external inquiries concerning account status, including communicating the resolution of discrepancies to appropriate persons
• Perform any other special duties, projects or analyses as directed by the company

Target Compensation:

• $50,000- $55,000 annual salary

Onsite Expectations:

• Note this role functions onsite 5 days a week

Experience with ERP AP system, Concur, Oracle, and 1099 filing preferred Motivation to develop and maintain internal and external relationships Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff and management Thorough knowledge of accounting and management principles and accounts payable procedures 1-3+ years of accounts payable experience Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience
