Work Environment

This role involves primarily onsite work within the homes of our patients, allowing therapists to observe and engage with individuals in their personal environments. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients in home care settings to assess physical capabilities and limitations.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans using a combination of exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to alleviate pain and enhance mobility.
• Monitor and document patients' progress, adjusting treatment strategies as needed based on their evolving needs and therapeutic goals.
• Educate patients and their families about the rehabilitation process, including specific exercises and assistive devices tailored for self-care and mobility enhancement.
• Collaborate with caregivers, family members, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
• Stay current with the latest advancements in physical therapy by participating in professional development opportunities, including workshops, seminars, and relevant publications.
• Maintain accurate and updated patient records in compliance with relevant regulations and best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The ideal candidate will work with a broad spectrum of patients, ranging from children recovering from sports injuries to elderly individuals needing rehabilitation after surgery. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
