Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage with clients through virtual platforms to conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions, applying therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Behavioral Therapy, and Psychotherapy to support mental wellness and recovery.

• Provide immediate virtual support to families facing acute crises, utilizing active listening and problem-solving skills to stabilize situations while helping to empower clients through conflict resolution strategies.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members, including psychologists and social workers, to ensure a holistic approach to patient care, addressing all aspects of clients’ emotional and psychological needs.

• Develop, implement, and continuously monitor personalized treatment plans using virtual assessments to adjust therapeutic approaches based on progress and feedback, ensuring optimal care pathways for each client.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment protocols within the telehealth system, adhering to all regulatory and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with individuals and families dealing with a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• An active license as a LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC in the state of California.
