Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, allowing for flexibility while maintaining a structured schedule from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.

• Previous experience providing individual and group therapy in an addiction treatment setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, complemented by a variety of benefits including comprehensive health insurance, retirement savings plans with employer-matching contributions, and a generous paid time off policy.
