Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of clients to understand their mental health needs and experiences.

• Developing tailored therapy plans that align with each client's unique goals and treatment needs.

• Implementing evidence-based treatment modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other relevant therapeutic approaches.

• Establishing a trusting therapeutic alliance with clients to facilitate open communication and effective treatment.

• Monitoring client progress and adjusting treatment plans in response to their evolving needs.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in our electronic medical records (EMR) system.

• Participating in regular team meetings and supervision sessions to share insights, gain feedback, and foster collaborative treatment approaches.

Your primary focus will be on a diverse client base, including individuals and couples facing various challenges such as relationship issues, anxiety, depression, trauma, and more. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field.

• Current active licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience in a mental health counseling capacity.
