Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify each client's unique mental health needs, social determinants affecting their wellbeing, and establish tailored treatment goals.

• Provide individualized, one-on-one counseling sessions that encompass a wide range of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and family dynamics.

• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions, focusing on peer support, psychoeducation, and coping strategies, tailored to address common concerns amongst students.
\n
• Develop and implement data-informed treatment plans that include measurable objectives and evidence-based interventions, regularly tracking client progress.
\n
• Offer immediate crisis intervention services, including background checks, safety planning, risk assessments, and coordination with emergency resources when necessary.
\n
• Advocate passionately for clients' rights and access to necessary services, helping them to navigate the complexities of healthcare and community resources.
\n
• Maintain complete and confidential documentation of all client interactions, including assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes, in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

This role primarily focuses on school-aged children and adolescents facing a variety of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution is required.

• Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 95,000 annually, commensurate with experience, plus a sign-on bonus!
