Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to create tailored treatment plans using evidence-based practices. Your in-depth evaluation skills will play a crucial role in guiding clients toward their therapeutic goals.

• Utilize various therapeutic methodologies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to address the unique needs of each client. Through your guidance, clients will build skills that promote resilience and self-efficacy.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA standards, ensuring client privacy and compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Psychoanalyst, or Psychologist in the state of Washington, demonstrating your professional competency.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills necessary for building effective, trusting relationships with clients.

• Robust problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to effectively address diverse client scenarios and promote successful therapeutic outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 – 120,000 annually, reflecting your experience and expertise.
