Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage in regular team meetings to discuss patient care and contribute positively to collaborative planning efforts.

• Uphold the ethics codes relevant to mental health practice, ensuring adherence to the highest professional standards.

• Follow established policies and procedures specific to Freedom Empowerment Counseling Services while delivering high-quality care.

• Manage and maintain your schedule effectively, in coordination with your supervisor, to ensure efficient service delivery.

• Document client progress and update treatment plans using our electronic medical record (EMR) system, ensuring accurate tracking and communication.
\n
• Demonstrate superb organizational and time management skills, particularly in managing a high caseload efficiently.
\n
• Participate in ongoing professional development to maintain your licensure and stay informed about the latest therapeutic methodologies.
\n
• Assist clients in identifying and addressing financial or social challenges that may impact their mental health.
\n
• Fulfill any additional duties as assigned by management while maintaining a focus on client care and organizational goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary focus is on youths who require mental health support. As a therapist, you will work closely with adolescents facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and other psychosocial stressors. You will implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to the unique needs of each client. Your role will involve not just treatment but also empowering clients to build resilience and coping strategies for their personal and academic lives.

Qualifications\n

• A valid independent license to practice as a mental health professional (LCSW, LMFT, or LPC) in the state of Oregon.

• A Master’s or Doctorate in clinical psychology, counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
